The main key in this is that in the Workers’ Statute, the legal text refers to certain regulations where the worker can choose to ask for an advance of his monthly payment. Although it is explained that the salary is paid “punctually and documentary on the date and place agreed or according to the uses and customs.”

But it must be taken into account that only concrete amounts of the salary can be taken into account. If an advance is requested 5 days after having received the previous payment, you can only opt for an advance corresponding to those 5 days.
